We are a world leader in the design and manufacture of heavy-duty engine, transmission, and chassis dynamometer systems. Established in 1976, Power Test is a small business with a large business mindset. Job Description: Power Test has an immediate opening for experienced machinists and lathe operators. Previous manual/CNC machine and/or lathe experience required.

Duties and Responsibilities: The operation of manual/CNC machines and lathes in our manufacturing facility, including set-up and operation on turning centers, horizontal and vertical machining centers, and manual lathes or mills.

Education and/or Experience: Technical training and one to three years related experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Fine attention to detail and pride in your work is essential.

Job Description: Power Test has an immediate opening for an experienced painter to prep and paint fabrications, machined parts, and miscellaneous equipment. Knowledge of products and finishes in an industrial setting is desirable.

Duties and Responsibilities: The final preparation and finish painting of all equipment. Additionally, the position may involve application of any safety/warning labels and corporate logos and decals. The ideal candidate should possess a fine attention to detail and have pride in the quality of their work. Familiarity with a variety of surface preparation techniques and equipment is preferred.

Education and/or Experience: Technical training and one to three years related experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Fine attention to detail and pride in your work is essential.

Job Description: Power Test has an immediate opening for an experienced machined parts inspector.

Duties and Responsibilities: This position is responsible for 1st piece and final inspection of machined parts and fabrications. Requires use of measurement equipment, the ability to read/interpret blueprints and record data, and keep accurate records.

Education and/or Experience: Technical training and one to three years related experience; or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Fine attention to detail is essential.

Job Description: Power Test has an immediate opening for experienced mechanics/machine assemblers/fabricators. A supervisory/lead position is available for the right individual. Electrical wiring, hydraulic systems, and machining background is a plus!

Duties and Responsibilities: The production and assembly of machined parts and fabrications. Including but not limited to a variety of machinery, electrical systems, and hydraulic testing systems. Previous experience with any of these applications is preferred.

Education and/or Experience: Technical training and one to three years related experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Fine attention to detail and pride in your work is essential

Job Description: Work as part of a team of designers revising, detailing, and producing a variety of layouts, models, assemblies and drawings for new and existing products. Previous architectural design and a strong understanding mechanical and electrical components is preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities: Responsibilities include: production of machine layouts, models, assemblies and detailed drawings for new & existing products; development of concept drawings and assemblies for new products as required by engineering; solve design problems with guidance from engineering; and maintain ECN procedures and documentation when redesigning existing products.

The ideal candidate should have a mechanical aptitude and good communication skills. Experience, knowledge and/or ability in any or all of the following is a plus....

  • Manufacturing and Production
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong understanding of industrial machine construction (bearings, pulleys, fabrications, etc.)
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes & tools (welding, casting, mill, lathe, CNC, metal brake)
  • MS Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Visual Manufacturing and CRM software
  • SolidWorks and AutoCAD

Education and/or Experience: An Associates Degree in Mechanical Design or equivalent and/or equivalent experience and/or training, along with 2+ years practical use of SolidWorks and AutoCAD. Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering background preferred.

Operations & Control Associate

The Operations and Control Associate provides oversight and monitoring support to the Agency and responds to inquiries from internal and external customers. Responsibilities include:

  • Implementation and maintenance of Business Continuation plans in the field office and Records Management.
  • Maintains the Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction (OSJ) Compliance Library to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provides sales and service support to Agents and Managers, and acts as a liaison for Corporate and Field associates.
  • Provides support to agency in the areas of business quality, financial, new agent orientation , licensing, technology, report generation, administrative support, general office support and special projects.
  • Combination of functions varies according to the business needs.

SALES MERCHANDISERS – JACKSON/HUBERTUS AREA
Duties of this position include, but are not limited to:
-Building appealing displays
-Rotating product in our accounts
-Promotes products to customers in accounts

2nd SHIFT WAREHOUSE
Duties of this position include, but are not limited to:
-Loads and unloads route delivery trucks.
-Check route trucks in and out.
-Operates company equipment safely and according to company guidelines.
-Has sufficient knowledge of company products to answer routine inquiries.
-Possess knowledge of supplier policies especially freshness standards.
-Adheres to supplier and company quality and freshness standards in inventory and loading practices
-Reports for work on time and appropriately dressed with steel-toed shoes.

DRIVERS/DRIVER HELPERS
Duties of this position include, but are not limited to:
-All drivers must maintain a driver’s license required by the State of Wisconsin. A temporary CDL must be obtained within 30 working days from start date. The expenses are the employee's sole responsibility.
-Ability to frequently lift, push, pull from 5 to 175 pounds.
-Possess knowledge of supplier policies especially freshness standards.
-Operates company equipment safely and according to company guidelines.
-Responsible for proper rotation of stock in retail accounts.
-Filling out D.O.T. Inspection Reports and daily manifests

FAIRS & FESTIVALS LEAD/ON PREMISE RELIEF SALES
Duties of this position include, but are not limited to:
-Supervision of non-exempt personnel
-Work with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
-Make sales calls to both new and current accounts
-Installation and arrangement of sales materials
-Promote the sales of beverage label wearables and merchandise
-Promote the sales and goodwill of company products through all types of consumer and/or retail special events
-Work with the sales team on executing special events that are associated with accounts that are sold year round
-Must be flexible to work 7 days a week and to work both day and night shifts
